Units from the Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe, Surprise, Sun City, Tolleson, Mesa, Chandler, Daisy Mountain, Avondale, Goodyear, Peoria Fire Departments participated in a mock airplane crash on the night of April 18, 2006.

The drill is required by the FAA on a biannual basis to certify each airport.

Surprise Engine 303 participated.  Here E303 can be seen operating with the Phoenix Medical Support Truck.
